convert unformated text from word to excel

Hello,

I have a very harsh task at office. I can get the report from company system
in
the format of word file. Its regarding new customer and their account
information. Most important part is account number's, the format of account
number is xxx-xxxxxx-xxx, x means number, example, 123-456789-399

I search the macro in the internet for 4 hours. I know that there is a macro
for
convert tables in word documents to excel.

If there is unformated text in word file (As I get the report from system and
convert to word file, all text will changed to unformated (no table) , can I
use
macro to do this task. For example, in word documents, there are fiften
account
numbers, use macro to copy account numbers from word to excel.
