Default file path or IP address protected

I have password protected the worksheets and VB code and disabled the
saving function. Still, the program can be copied and pasted to
another location. Is there a way to implement a macro that will disble
the spread sheet if it is in an incorrect file location or an
incorrect IP address? For instance, if the user copies and pastes it
to another location, I would like the file to not work.

Also, how do I have all hidden worksheets completely invisible to the
users? As of right now, they can unhide any worksheets, even though
the sheets are all blacked out. I would like this to not be an option.
