Flip a spin button
 

Excel 2000. I hit up on my spin button, the data goes down. I try to
rotate the button in the properties menu, there is a rotation angle
box but it is disabled. Frustrated....

If a spinner from the Control ToolBox check the value of the "Small Change"
property.

Make sure it is a positive number.
