how to cread invoice tracker
 

Dear all,


I want to prepare invoice traker, whereby I can track my outstanding
invoice.
I am preparing more than 100 invoices per month. If I get macro for
invoice tracker. It will be very usefull for me.
I have following coulumn:

1 INSURACE COMPANCY
2 RO
3 D.O.
4 QUARTER
5 PREMIUM AMT.
6 TPA @ 8%
7 S.T.10.30%
8 INVOICE AMT.
9 INVOICE RAISED DATE
10 INVOICE NO.
11 FEES RECD
12 RECD DATE
13 CHQ. NO.
14 FOLLOWUP

I want to have a traker whereby JUST entering R.O. I should get
pending invoices and there amount.

I will be very thankful if you help me out.
