Hi all


I downloaded this code from Ro de Bruin site.
http://www.rondebruin.nl/copy5_3.htm

This macro copies unique values in to worksheets.

What needs changing to copy web links as well?

Help with this macro
 

I would try copying the range and pasting. This should preserve the hyperlinks.

Then I'd come back and do the paste special stuff:

'Copy the visible data to the new worksheet
My_Range.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).Copy _
Destination:=wsnew.Range("A1")

My_Range.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).Copy
With wsnew.Range("A1")
' Paste:=8 will copy the columnwidth in xl2000 and higher
' Remove this line if you use Excel 97
.PasteSpecial Paste:=8

.PasteSpecial xlPasteValues
.PasteSpecial xlPasteFormats
Application.CutCopyMode = False
'.Select
End With

Since it pasted everything first, I bet you don't need to paste formats in your code

The code does the same as the old code, it pastes everything but the
hyperlinks that are in some of the cells.

It worked fine in my simple testing.

If you copy and paste manually, do the links get duplicated?

I should of said I'm using Excel 2007.

I changed the code in the VBE editor to include all, and it works fine, as
