Excel 2003 Disabling "Refresh All" functionnality

Hi everyone,

Hopefully it is not a stupid question but I really searched before posting
it...
In External Data toolbar there is a "Refresh All" option.
I would like to disable it but it should still be possible to refresh
individual
queries.

Thank you in advance for your help !

You'd have to set the control's Enabled property to FALSE when
appropriate, then when necessary set it to TRUE -or- provide a button
that executes its procedure (while keeping it disabled).

To disable:
Commandbars("External Data").Controls("Refresh All").Enabled = False

To execute its procedu
Commandbars("External Data").Controls("Refresh All").Execute
