Hand Icon when sheet protected problem ?
 

I get a hand icon when hovering over a groupd of cells when I have
protection turned on for a sheet in a workbook.

The workbook can be downloaded here;

and one group of cells that display the problem are A46:A60 on the open
worksheet - the affected cells are not 'locked' - the same problem can be
seen on many other cells on this sheet.

Any help apreciated
