How do stop a 30 MB Excel file from freezing, while I am working i
I fear there is no solution. When I first had Vista + Excel 2007 I used to
assume "Not Responding" in the caption and a white out meant the app had crashed and best to close it via the task manager. I now realise it probably means the app is doing stuff and best to leave it alone for a while. Then again it might indeed mean the app has hung. Sorry not to be able to give a more helpful reply.
