excel extract data from one sheet to another

Salem, Alexandra 6.300 4
Mills, Sara 7.700 2

Ranked compares each via
=SUMPRODUCT(--(C5<$C$5:$C$148),1/COUNTIF($C$5:$C$148,$C$5:$C$148&""))+1


This data is on one sheet and already calculated the rank. Need to pull the
top three and put on seprate work sheet. Including ties.

list are really biggerjust a clip and have to do from 4 events.

Use a PivotTable and display the top x

Was able to use these , However when I refresh a table once the data has
changed it puts all the data and the rank and not just the first 3?
