Use Format() as below
Msgbox "Monthly Accrual Upload - " & Format(Date, "MMMM - YYYYDDMM") -- Jacob (MVP - Excel) "RD" wrote: Hi, I have a macro that I want to complete by saveing the file with the current date ate the end of the file name.
