I am entering clients into a 2007 Excel spreadsheet. How do I make the entry
turn color when 14 days have passed?

As part of the "client" entries, do you enter the date the client was
entered? This would be the key in doing this task.

In a cell on the worksheet you could enter the formula for today's date
like this =TODAY().

Then use the conditional formatting to do the rest.
