Calendar Object in Excel[_2_]

calendar object in excel. could be displayed clicking a cmdbutton

I need a calendar object that could be displayed on clicking a commandbutton
or a shortcut. A friend sent an "frmCalendar" but it did not work on other
PCs the error was "Could not load an object because it was not available on
this machine."

hi, (Robert ?)

"Could not load an object because it was not available on this machine."

AFIK a calendar object needs the "calendar control x.0" library (mscal.ocx)
it's available at (office suite) install process/time, but... it's an *optional* feature
install program takes care of install & register all of the (selected) components

user could bypass (or decide not to do) the installation of some (optional) components
so you could ask that pc's user to run a (re)install process of the suite
and check/asure this component is selected for install & register

hth,
hector.
