Do you mean include Sat and Sun as workdays and ignore Thu and Fri? If so,
use =NETWORKDAYS(A1+2,B1+2) HTH Bob "Otaibi" wrote in message ... can I update Excel to start the week on Saturday instead of Monday |

I have some formulas at
http://www.cpearson.com/Excel/BetterNetworkdays.aspx that allow you to specify any one or more days of the week to exclude from the calculation. There are two versions of the formula -- one that supports a list of holidays to exclude and a second one that doesn't support holidays, but calculates faster.
