With some workbooks, there are several "copies" of a worksheet displayed in
the vba project explorer, like table1, table101, table102 etc. Just on of
them is displayed with the actual worksheet name in paranthesis after it.
Where are they coming from and more importantly, is there a way I can get rid
of them?

Be careful! The VBA project explorer lists the workbooks, worksheets,
chartsheets and forms that you (or someone) has created as part of that
workbook. Also, if you have more than one workbook open, the VBA project
explorer will list projects from those workbooks although they are not the
active workbook. Before you delete anything from a project explorer at the
office, be sure to check with co-workers to determine if what you intend to
delete is something used by one of them in a shared file. If you are
working with your personal computer at home, then you will only have
yourself to blame if you delete something you needed.

You might find some answers by double clicking the items in the project
window and see what they look like.
