Here is what my spreadsheet looks like.
A B C D LD # Stop Final Stop Seq # 1234 Miami Miami 1 1235 Orlando Miami 1 1235 Tampa Miami 2 Here is what I want my spreadsheet to look like A B C D E LD # Stop 1 Stop 2 Stop 3 Final 1234 Orlando Miami 1235 Orlando Tampa Miami Here is the formula I am using for each stop sequence number. =INDEX(cranetest1!$B$2:$B$3,MATCH(Sheet1!A2&$B$1,I NDEX(cranetest1!$B$3:$B$154&cranetest1!$D$2:$D$3,0 ))) I am using the same formula in columns C and D but substituting the match part of the formula to match the stop sequence I'm looking for. The problem I am having is that if there is only one stop (example 1234) the formula is filling in Orlando in columns B, C, and D also. I am looking for the formula to return blanks in columns C and D f there is no stop sequence 2 and 3. |
