Default Using RIGHT to search for Capital M

I use the formula : =IF(RIGHT(A1,1)="M","Yes","No") to search for the last
letter M.

However, this formula does not differentiate between "m" and "M"

Is there a way to make it read true only for capital M??

Thankyou,

Roger
