date and time picker control in excel vba

I created a program in excel 2003 using the Date and Time picker control. I
now have Excel 2007 and do not have the control any more. I can't find it in
the addtional controls. Is there a place where I can down load the control?

Date/Time Picker and MonthView Control are part of a group of ActiveX
controls MSCOMCT2.OCX. You can download this from the below location
