copy value only...Copy Destination:=Cells(3, 2)

Can this formula be modified to copy the value only?
Range(Cells(500 - SizeX, 3), Cells(500, 3)).Copy Destination:=Cells(3,
2)

I am attempting go avoid using this code...
Selection.Copy
Range("B3").Select
ActiveSheet.Paste
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues, Operation:=xlNone,
SkipBlanks:= _
False, Transpose:=False
