When "Save As" is selected
 

Okay....if a user selects "Save As" from the menu, I
would like to display a message that states
"Save As is disabled!" I pretty much want to
prevent the "Save As" menu option from being selected.

Is this gonna be possible???

Try this, Alt+F11 to open VB editor and double click 'ThisWorkbook' and
paste the code in on the right

Private Sub Workbook_BeforeSave(ByVal SaveAsUI As Boolean, Cancel As Boolean)
If SaveAsUI Then
MsgBox "Save As isn't allowed"
Cancel = True
End If
