Mystery of the re-appearing custom toolbars
I created several custom toolbars. They are no longer needed, and I cannot
get rid of them! I tried deleting them by "tools/customize/selecting toolbar tab/highlighting the custom tool bar/pressing delete/confirming by pressing OK. It appears to be deleted. I save the file. Next time I open the file, the toolbar(s) are there! I've checked the modules in visual basic to ensure they did not contain the property to make the toolbars visible. Help! Any suggestions? |
Mystery of the re-appearing custom toolbars
Sounds like the toolbars are attached to the workbook. Select in Excel 2003
or earlier, View, Toolbars, Customize, and then click on the attach button. Select the attached toolbars and delete them. Save the file.
