Running Macros

Hi I hope I can make myself clear here, basically I am going to make a
coin operated video kiosk that will play two videos.

I want to create a macro that will open up video no1 and play in
fullscreen, then i want this macro to autorun on computer startup. Then
I want to assign another macro to open video no.2 by using the circuitry
from an old keyboard and linking it to the coin reader so when a coin is
inserted it makes the circuit for a key.

As you probably guessed I am a complete noob to all this so any help is
much appreciated. Is this even doable for a noob?

I think Excel isn't what you need, you need a different kind of
programming environment.
