Copying just the summarized data

Hello:

I have an Excel spreadsheet that averages several rows of data. Just like
any sort of function such as averaging and summing, Excel has the summarized
data within row numbers that are not continuous. For example, this
spreadsheet (after row 1) begins with row 4, the next row is 9, the next row
is 14, the next row is 17, etc.

I'd like to copy this spreadsheet and paste the summarized values into
another so that I have continuous row numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) of the
summarized (averaged data). Is that possible to do? I have tried
Copy....Paste Special. But, that has not worked.

Thanks!

Nevermind....I figured it out as follows:

once you hit "2" in the upper left-hand corner, highlight the range you get,
then CTRL G, Special, Visible cells only, copy, then paste it in your desired
location

The easy method is to sort the rows and the blank rows will end up at
the bottom of the data.
