how do i create code for an activeX toggle button in Excel?

Hi,
E2003 View|Toolbars - Control Toolbox E2007 Developer tab - Insert - Active X Control. Both versions. Click the button icon and point to your worksheet and holding down the left mouse button drag a button the size you want. You didn't say what you wanted to toggle so I assume you know how to do that. When Mike says "click the button icon", he means the "Toggle Button" icon...
