UserForm checkbox input to lastrow
 

Hi All,
I am building a user form to input customer data into a list. I have 2
issues yet to work out.
1. column a has a unique id number - I need my user form to read the
previous row number and increment 1. Can I auto fill this in the form?
2. I have 2 seperate check boxes- when checked I need a "Y" input into
Lastrow (col 8).
Any help or direction is greatly appreciated
