Where to change default Add-in folder

When I will browse for a new add-in, Excel always suggests

c:\Documents and Settings\userid\Application Data\Microsoft\Addins

Is there any way to change this default browse folder?

No, the default "UserLibraryPath" cannot be changed. You can of course
browse to an addin in any folder.
