Enable Command Bar
I am using Excel 2003 and created a Pivot report to be used by multiple
users. Periodically, the data needs to be refreshed. The 'Pivot Table' command bar was not loading when other users opened the file, so I added the following in the WB code: Private Sub Workbook_Open() Application.CommandBars("PivotTable").Visible = True End Sub The command bar now loads, however, is greyed out for the other users. What can be added to this sub-routine to enable this command bar? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. -- Linda |

Enable Command Bar
Hi Atishoo,
I copied the line and added it to my WB code, saved the file and had another user open it - the Command Bar remains greyed out. Any other thoughts? I don't understand why the Pivot Command bar is OK on my document, but no one elses! -- Linda "Atishoo" wrote: Application.CommandBars("PivotTable").Visible = True Application.CommandBars("PivotTable").Enabled = True "mathel" wrote: I am using Excel 2003 and created a Pivot report to be used by multiple users.
