On Line guide like windows creation in excel
 

Hi all,
I would like to know if there is a way to define programatically inside an
excel 2003 addin (c#, VB.NET..), a window similar to the online guide window.
I mean a window that open inside the excel application window as a separate
"panel".
I'm not sure I've used the correct terminology but I hope the question is
quite clear.
