excel 2007 conditional formatting question
i really don't like excel 2007, but i'm playing around with the conditional
formatting color scales, data bars, etc. i have data in columns c:e i apply cond formatting to row 2, it's correct, this is the formula it creates: =$C$2:$E$2 if i copy formatting one row at a time it works correctly: =$C$3:$E$3 but, if i replicate the formatting, using format painter or copy/formats, for multiple rows, i end up with this formula for row 27: =$C$3:$E$27 can someone explain this to me? -- Gary Keramidas Excel 2003 |
