Maintaining Shift details Data

Hi,
Rather than posting my question i would like to ask if anyone can share
their templates if they are using it already.
All i need is to capture details regarding shift/on call/leave data of
about 70 to 100 resources.
It would have basic columns like name, dept, cell, and that months calendar
under which i would edit data or choose from drowdown teh
time(8:00-17:00//13:00-21:30.....)
Also appreciate if for every month i have a view and the past months data
gets stored as a backup on the same worksheet
Thanks
max
