FORMS ListBox
 

I'm doing a multiselect in a FORMS listbox and need to retrieve the selected
items. This is NOT the ActiveX listbox but the one that was in the earlier
versions of office. The listbox is in a spreadsheet and not on a form. Can
you give me a code example?
