Default user form color

How do I change the blue color on the user forms?
I do not like the blue... I can change the inside but not the outer colors.

You would have to do that in the Windows environment. Go to Control Panel
and open the Appearance dialog box. It allows you to set the colors for the
built in forms. Be aware that it changes them for all applications, not
just Excel.
