Insert Menu Getting Disabled
 

I have a very strange problem. The insert menu, which starts out enabled, get
disabled when I click it. I click it, it does not expand, and then it gets
disabled.
I had some code to disable and enable menus, but I commented them all out.
no code is running. Had anyone ever seen a problem like this? Thanks
