Troubled User

Active Workbook from User Form

In the Worksheet_SelectionChange event I have some code that determines if
the cell you are on is a named range, if so, a UserForm is displayed in
non-modal mode showing some of the attributes of this field in another
systems, based on lists within this file that populate the UserForm when
activated. All of this works great, however, when the process is done (it
work immediately) the user (control) is in the UserForm, not on the active
workbook/activecell. I need to I have tried everything (including running
the code in different places such as on the form and at the end of the
SelectionChange):

- Thisworkbook.activate
- Activecell.activate
- Selecting the named range

None of these "re-activates" the worksheet rather than the User Form.

Any help is much appreciated.

Active Workbook from User Form

When I ran this, it selected A7 without any problem.

Sub sj()
UserForm1.Show Modeless = True
Range("A7").Activate
End Sub

However, If the form is actually modal, then the form has to be either
hidden or unloaded to send control back to the worksheet.
