Name list into charts
Using a simple connection I can get a table containing a list of names from
a web site. From the chart the actual name list starts in cell b7. How would I use this list to create individual charts for each name obtained from another web site? For example: www. highscore table for <Name 1 www. highscore table for <Name 2 etc.. |
Name list into charts
I have edited the 1st post to show more clearly what I want to do. Using a background query I can get a table containing a list of names from http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php...ylum&sort=name From the chart the actual name list starts in cell b7. Using this list, which is regularly updated, I need to insert each name into another connection. For example, the 1st 2 entries would read as follows: http://hiscore.runescape.com/index_l...layer=2kwooada http://hiscore.runescape.com/index_lite.ws?player=3mama etc.. These new tables can all be on 1 sheet, then it's just a case of referencing the cells onto a master sheet that will show all the names each with its corresponding attributes. |

From you description I'm not sure where the chart data is located (ie high
score). Did the table get downloaded or was the data already in the workbook. You said you only downloaded a list of names and not any data. Can you give more information what the high score data is located. Maybe record a macro of what you do to create one chart and post the recorded macro.
