Preventive maintenance is a schedule of planned maintenance actions aimed at
the prevention of breakdowns and failures. The primary goal of preventive
maintenance is to prevent the failure of equipment before it actually occurs.

Use autonomous maintenance for shop floor level and TPM for general machines.

If want want something in excel use a conditional format, which will read
the date for an activity and then colour in a certain cell whatever colour u
want.

Look under format and u'll find it. Along the top put dates/months/days
whatever u want, down the side your machine sub sections/activities. In the
formula for your conditional format you put something like
=AND(Q$2=$B8;Q$2<$B8+$D8;$C8=100).

This is easy and saves you having to colour the cells yourself every time.
If u need more colours then u'll need a VB code.
