xl2007 data validation drop-down box
 

I have a list of 171 world currencies of which the user must select one. The
dropdown box displays only 8 at a time.
1. is there a waqy to expand the number displayed, and;
2. is there a way s/he can key in the first letter and have the box display
the list beginning with that letter?
