Is there a VB code snippett that can ungroup grouped sheet tabs??

There doesn't seem to be a specific ungroup command. Just selecting an
individual sheet effectively ungroups the sheets:

Sheets("Sheet1").Select

I did try selecting one sheet and it does not ungroup unless I am holding
down the Ctrl button.
