Im getting a File in Use dialog when I Open an extra excel via the (start
menu). I would like it to automatically pick €œRead Only€ WHEN the file is
€œPERSONAL.XLS€. If it is any other file the user can pick whatever.

I already have one excel open that is monitoring the user for certain
events. So, is there a way to intercept this dialog €“ file in use?

Simple fix was to go to the file that is causing the Dialog "File in use" and
set it's property to Read Only.
