cells that contain data--unclickable
I am trying to protect a worksheet but want to make certain cells unclickable
and other clickable. All cells are going to be locked under worksheet protection but it would be nice to make cells that contain data or text unclickable to better the appearance for my users. The only thing is that they need to be able to be active cells since some hyperlinks point to them from other worksheets. I just don't like the black border that excel puts around an active cell when it is clicked or activated via a hyperlink. I just can't figure out how to hide it so I thought I would try this different angle. |
