Excel 2003 Autofilter Alphasort, Hyperlinks and Validation Drop dn

1) Excel VB needs to allow for alphasorting (AtoZ or ZtoA) when using
autofilter on a protected sheet. I know that you can unprotect cells on a
sheet and sort that way. But what if the entire sheet is protected for a
reason and you only want the user to view it? After all, why protect the
entire sheet if you are going to allow some cells to be edited? In that case
you should just protect the cells you want to be view only and not protect
the whole sheet. So, I need alphasorting when using autofilter on a protected
sheet without unportecting it. All the other sort options work just fine, so
this should not be that big of a deal.

2) Excel VB needs to allow the user to adjust the text height and number of
lines that appear in a validation drop down box. I know there is a work
around for this using a combo box. But that is not a real fix. We need a real
fix, not a work around.

3) Excel VB needs to allow importing hyperlinks when the user is importing
data from many other individual workbooks into one workbook without opening
any of the individual workbooks. For example, I am using the standard
Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 for importing data from many individual unopened
workbooks into a single workbook. All the cells import their values
correctly. But the hyperlinks are not copied over. Their corresponding cell
value is, but the actual link is not.
