Formula to calculate what percentage
 

I need to calculate what percentage of a reps goal is represented by the
sales dollars some specfic accounts. I am making a pivot chart and i am
trying to plug in this calculation.

Example.

Bob's account are broken down into 4 categories...of these 4 categories the
sales dollars represent 25% of the goal apiece. i need a formula I can build
into my pivot table to show that.

wouldn't it be easier to add a column to your data source table for these
percentages, and use that in the pivot table?

Yes it would...but I can't get a percentage formula built that we well give
me the data I need. If you have a formula I can use to build that, then it
would be appreciated it.
