Macro Problems when coverting from Excel 2003 to Excel 2007
The MNE I work for recently abondoned Office 2003 for 2007. Accordingly, I have a number of macros that have become inoperable since being converted from an Excel 2003 to an Excel 2007 format. Is there a list of specific commands or controls which have changed or become invalid in this new version and what are the work arounds? |

Poking the halfwit that insisted on this migration with a sharp stick until they relent. XL2007 SP2 is still not fit for purpose. The list of all the things that are broken in XL2007 is too long. There are several similar threads around with more specific details. Worst affected are charts, graphical objects, directory functions and some conditional formatting. You could try searching on the MSKB for workarounds. You have to ask exactly the right question if you want a meaningful answer. They don't admit to having defects. Regards, Martin Brown |
