Excel 2003 Refedit Invalid Argument
 

All,

I know this have been discussed extensively, but I still can't find
the answer. I get the invalid argument error when trying to use
refedit in Excel 2003. I've deleted the *.exd files from my computer,
and still get the issue. Is there an additional step I need to
perform?
