Repost.. I think I'm too impatient :-)

Hi

I have an OnTime event going every minut loading external data.
When the user has excel as the active application, I want to show the
userform with the progressbar on every load..
When the user switches to f.ex. outlook the userform shows up and
make
excel the active application..
annoying for the the user who was using outlook.

The userform must be on top of the workbook it belongs - not on top
of
all applications

how do I do that?

cheers
