excel form on internet
 

I am trying to find information on how to do the following:-
I have created a form in excel that i would like people to be able to
access over our internal intranet, this then is saved into an excel
spreadsheet that is held in a file on the server.
1 is this possible?
2 is this best way to do this?
Any help on this will be much appreciated as i have tried various
methods, to simplify a very cumbersome and time consuming task
