Stop Refreshing/Blinking Chart screen when running Mouse over even
 

Hi, Please need some advice on This:
I've a Pie Chart with four Shapes, I set a mouse over event for certain
changes. They go Ok. but whenever they happen and I move the mouse over the
chart, the shapes and chart flash continously, I mean they blink and it is
annoying even for the eyes, that's not nice. I mean every motion of the mouse
keeps flashing. Please How can I stop this?
