How possible is to override a VBOKCancel button?

The requirement is to replace it with another dialog containing three
buttons "OK", "Cancel" and "Debug".

OK & Cancel to work the same as in VBOKCancel buttons
for instance: i wanted to add another buttion say "Debug"
