How can I create a hyperlink to use an active IE window?
We use an outside website that prompts for a logon id and password in a new
IE window each time a hyperlink in an Excel file I created is clicked. Password saving on the site is not allowed. Copying and pasting the link into an active IE window works if the user is already logged on. Is there a way to make a hyperlink in Excel use the active IE window. Navigating the website from its home page to the screens I'm pointing people to is labor intensive and I'd like to minimize the point and clicks. I suspect a macro is needed, but I hope not. The 100 or so users I'll be working with are not exactly literate with enabling macros but I may go down that road if I have to. Thanks Joe |
