createObject - OLE and Driver error

I am trying to createObject in 2003 using OLE then massage it outside Excel.
When I try to import back into Excel (2007) it gives me and error saying cant
import do to table size. Does this ring a bell or why am I getting this
error. Is the driver etc in Excel 2003 not compatable with 2007?
