Hide QuickAccessToolbarCustomization

How do I hide the QuickAccessToolbarCustomization button?
I'm usign startFromScratch="true" but this button is still visible.

Ah, and one more thing... Can I disable or hide the OfficeMenu?
Once again, even with startFromScratch="true", when I click the button, a
list of recently opened files is still showing.
